For finding a site, negotiating the purchase, due diligence, plans , permits , engineering, soil test, survey to all permits , then build it, put in place operating or lease plans, licensing, CO-Funding, JVs, then maintain it.

To make what we do clear we use SLA’s that spell out details, as well as plans and specifications & reporting. 

Service  Level Agreements “SLA’S”

A Service Level  Agreement is a formal agreement between a client and SEACHANGE (and/or its providers). SLA’s help to ensure there is a shared understanding of:

• expectations of what services &  supports will be delivered and how they will be delivered; and
• the respective responsibilities and obligations of SEACHANGE and/or the provider and the client and how to resolve any problems that may arise.

Service Level Agreements are simple and set out how and when services & supports will be delivered. SLA’s may include information such as:

• what supports and services the provider and or SEACHANGE has agreed to provide;
• the formula and / or the prices of those supports and /or services;
• how, when and where the supports and services are be provided;
• the duration of the Service Level Agreement;
• when and how the Service Level Agreement will be reviewed; 
• how the client , SEACHANGE and/or the provider may change or end the Service Level Agreement;
• how any problems or issues that may arise will be handled;
• Client responsibilities under the Service  Level Agreement; and
• SEACHANGE and /or provider responsibilities under the Service  Level Agreement.
